The challenges of the global Covid-19 crisis continue to affect us all. However, we at Airbus CyberSecurity are pleased to announce the availability of a unique training opportunity delivered using our state of the art CyberRange, for our customers during this difficult time. In order for us to comply with the government rules and regulations following the Covid-19 and to ensure the safety of both our employees and customers, the offer is designed for staff confined to their homes, to be able to access the CyberRange in cloud mode.
CyberRange is an advanced simulation that allows you to easily model IT/OT systems composed of tens or hundreds of machines and simulate realistic scenarios including real cyber-attacks. Through simple access via an internet browser and dedicated address, confined personnel can meet different needs ranging from simple access for manipulation to personal practical work, within the platform for the installation and preparation of a Capture the Flag (CTF) challenge/training.
SmartCity CTF is a series of challenges that vary in difficulty, requiring participants to practice different skills to solve them. Participants will take part in a CTF challenge, based on a SmartCity scenario. The challenges will take place over three days and will include an initial introduction and a short user training in addition to a student evaluation and Q&A session.
Once an individual challenge is resolved, a ‘flag’ is awarded to the player who submits it to the CTF server to earn points.
The SmartCity challenges are:
- Secure Cryptor
- DNS Zone Transfer
- Log Analysis
- Linux Hardening
- Compromised DHCP
- Active Directory Auditing
- Suspicious VNC server
- Machine Learning
- SMB Share Access
- Data Exfiltration
- RAT Analysis

This off-the-shelf offer is available immediately, so you can start developing your cyber skills whilst preparing the workforce to face cyber risks and threats.
