Meet Markus
Markus is a Cybersecurity Architect and Deputy Head of Infosec. He supports our customers in meeting regulatory requirements, starting from simple consulting all the way through to implementing technically complex solutions.
What is your professional journey?
After completing my computer science studies, I initially worked as a project manager and then as deputy head of IT at an aviation supplier.
As I specialised in the field of information security, I took on a role as Chief Security Officer at a corporation. When the opportunity arose to work at Airbus, I seized the chance and have not regretted it to this day.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
There are many specialists you can exchange ideas with. Every project offers opportunities to learn something new, and the complexity of the projects is unique.
The team spirit is outstanding.
Any advice for somebody who would like to join Airbus?
